The Well meets in Expressions
Expressions are mid-sized (15-50) communities of Christian faith and mission
• Led by a trio
• Accountable to its charter
• Set in the context of a neighbourhood
• Defined by mission
• Committed to community
• Growing in faith
• Meeting weekly in public space
• Intending to reproduce
• Connected to other Expressions through All Well, SMILE teams, and a common conversation
To live like Jesus, we practice our faith with a SMILE:
• Serve others as Jesus has served us (Matt 20:28)
• Make friends and invite people into community (Luke 15:2)
• Identify needs and share resources (Matt 9:35-36)
• Look for and develop gifts in each other (Matt 4:18-19)
• Exalt Jesus as Lord daily and in community (John 7:34-35)
